•No Ads in Tasks - Task posts are for actual work you need done, not promotions. Selling physical goods or posting business ads as tasks will be removed. Want to showcase your skills? Use Stories for that.
•You handle payments - Arrange payment however you want (cash, mobile wallet, bank transfer, etc.)
•Chat on-platform - Use our chat to keep conversation records
•Rate each other - Reviews help build trust, but they're user opinions (not verified by us)
•18+ only - You must be at least 18 to use Kabzat
•We're not liable - Disputes, quality issues, payment problems = between you and the other user

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kabzat (Kabzat.app), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

Kabzat operates as a peer-to-peer connection platform that enables users to post and discover tasks. We provide tools (task posting, chat, ratings) to help users connect, but we are not a party to any transaction, do not employ taskers, and do not process payments, yet. Users engage directly with each other, and all agreements are solely between posting and completing parties.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Not post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
Respect other users and communicate professionally
Fulfill agreements made through the platform
Not use the task form for spam, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

Posting tasks involving illegal activities
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Scams, fraud, or misrepresentation
Item Sales: Posting for-sale listings of physical goods, vehicles, or real estate — anywhere on the platform.
Self-promotion in Tasks: Using the task form to advertise your services, post "hire me" content, or promote a business. Tasks are requests for help — if you want to showcase your work or skills, use Posts instead.
Sharing personal contact information publicly (use chat feature)
Automated scraping or data collection
Circumventing the platform to avoid accountability

5. Payment and Transactions

Kabzat does not process payments directly
Users arrange payment methods independently (cash, mobile wallet, bank transfer, etc.)
We are not responsible for payment disputes between users
All transactions are at your own risk
We are on launch mode: no fees, no commission. Premium features may come later.

6. Off-Platform Communication

We strongly encourage all task-related communication to stay within Kabzat's chat system. If you choose to continue conversations on external messaging platforms, you do so at your own risk.

Kabzat does not mediate disputes between users. We cannot provide records of off-platform communications. All dispute resolution is solely between you and the other user.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users can rate and review each other after completing tasks. These ratings reflect individual user experiences and are not verified or endorsed by Kabzat. We are not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or content of user reviews.

Ratings help build community trust, but the decision to work with any user remains entirely yours. We may remove reviews that violate our terms (harassment, fraud, spam), but we don't moderate for accuracy or fairness.

Once submitted, ratings cannot be edited to maintain system integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kabzat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users, quality of work, payment issues, personal injury, property damage, or actions of other users.

As a connection platform, we do not guarantee the identity, credentials, or reliability of any user. You are solely responsible for evaluating and interacting with other users.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose risks to other users, or repeatedly misuse the task form for self-promotion or item sales — without prior notice or liability.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect:

Account Info: Email, username, password (encrypted)
Profile Info: Name, location, bio, skills (optional)
Task Info: Task descriptions, budget, location
Messages: Chat communications between users
Ratings: Reviews and scores given to/received from other users
Usage Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, activity logs

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve our connection platform
Enable peer-to-peer task posting and discovery
Facilitate messaging between users
Display ratings to help users make informed decisions
Send account notifications and updates
Prevent fraud and ensure platform safety
Comply with legal obligations
To moderate the platform and ensure the feed remains focused on peer-to-peer tasks

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share information only when:

Publicly visible by design (username, profile, tasks, ratings)
Shared with trusted service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, analytics)
Required by law or to protect rights and safety

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, HTTPS encryption, and secure database hosting to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure—use the platform at your own risk.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences. You can disable cookies in browser settings, but this may affect functionality.

6. Your Data Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Kabzat is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update these policies as our platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates. We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made.
